LK 11:14-23
Jesus performs an exorcism, and the mute man can now talk, but the people still test him. They don’t believe him, even though the evidence is right in front of their eyes! We are told to believe without seeing, and these people see but still cannot believe. He says “whoever is not with me is against me.” We need to conquer our internal doubt and pride to believe in Him, who is greater than any of us. In preparation for Lent, we should show Jesus we do actually believe in Him.
